Al Gubtan Automotive can provide specialist personnel to manage and carryout vehicle maintenance service of Contracting Companies who want to concentrate more on their core business and shift the responsibility to maintain their vehicle fleet situated either in urban / rural and or desert areas on to Al Gubtan Automotive.

Al Gubtan Automotive is capable of managing workshops whereby the fleet of cars is made of multi - brand models. It is always our prerogative to ensure that recruitment of our technical staff is capable of managing workshops and at the same time carryout the necessary repairs to the vehicle fleet of the Contracting Company. It is normal practice that the Contracting Company will have its own workshop including hand tools and other equipment such as lifting devices required to carryout the necessary repairs on vehicles but it would be Al Gubtan Automotive’s responsibility to ensure that all tools and equipment to be maintained according to the manufacturer standards.

Services by Contracting Company:

• Transport to and from location of remote workshop to Tripoli will be using the Contracting Company transportation.
• Provide service car for possible recovery or repair works in the desert.
• Provide of all hand tools and additional equipment.
• Provide all required spare parts and consumables.
• Ensure availability of sufficient spare parts to achieve car availability.

Services by Al Gubtan Automotive:

We are interested to supply qualified mechanics on a permanent basis on site specialising mainly on Toyota Vehicles. Should the need arise we will provide additional support from our workshop in Tripoli by sending specialised mechanics on the other brands. Al Gubtan Automotive is in a position to supply personnel to the remote workshop to carryout the following duties;

• Maintain all cars according to the manufacturer standards plus extra maintain services as per company requirements.
• Vehicle repair due to accidental damages at the workshop (minor body work).
• Prepare schedule for all service works including spare parts required and planned working times.
• Prepare a preplanning schedule for all services of the vehicle fleet.
• Backup of mechanics and technical assistance from TFA Auto Garage , Tripoli.

Other Terms & Conditions to be discussed depending on the needs of the client.

Mobilisation: We estimate that the maximum mobilisation period would be around eight to ten weeks. A detailed contract can be obtained from the general management of Al Gubtan Automotive.
